Eating fruits is great but preserving your natural beauty requires body movement as well, control over the muscles, and good blood circulation. The Face is not an exception. Very often we forget about our face muscles. They can’t be worked the same way as we work on our body muscles but there are techniques that if done correctly, can preserve your face from early aging, smooth your wrinkles naturally, lift your eyebrows, keep your nose and ears from getting bigger with aging and much more. During our class, Inna Lomanov will explain the importance of moving face muscles, how to do it correctly, you will do exercises under Inna’s strict supervision.
Performing exercises, we improve blood flow and lymph flow, establish a metabolic processes that improves the quality of muscles, skin and even bones. Muscles and skin become elastic and strong, tightened, and bone tissue retains its proportions. We return to all tissues their properties due to the correct movements.
Camp Walden has its own four-sided climbing tower connected to an eleven-element continuous belay high ropes challenge course in which a participant can choose to cross at their own speed. The four-sided, 28ft climbing tower has two climbing wall surfaces that incorporate different climbing angles to facilitate easier and harder climbing routes. The other two sides of the tower include a Vertical Playpen and Giant’s Ladder (Dangling Duo). The top of the tower has a 12’ x 12’ platform from which participants could transfer to other continuous belay traversing elements. Camp Walden uses a SmartSnap double-locking self-belay system designed to make it impossible for a participant to unlock themselves from the course by mistake. The elements included in the continuous belay challenge/ropes course are known by the following names: 1. Multivine (from climbing tower to tree traversing) 2. Horizontal Bridge (tree to tree traversing) 3. Pirates Crossing (tree to utility pole traversing) 4. Catwalk (utility pole to tree traversing) 5. Swing Chairs (tree to tree traversing) 6. Tension Traverse (tree to tree traversing) 7. Two Line (tree to tree traversing) 8. Giant Swing (course exit off Tower) - be sure to check this one out! :) 9. Zip Line (course exit with platform and stairs approx. 200 to 250 feet) 10. Centipede (course entrance) 11. Firecracker or Rope Ladder (course entrance)
We’ll learn AcroYoga in a playful and safe way by developing strength, awareness, and communication with others. AcroYoga is a way of practicing partner acrobatics with focus on your own experience and the co-creation with a partner, rather than performing tricks for other people. You can come alone or with someone you're excited to practice with. This class is open to all levels and we will make sure everyone is feeling safe yet challenged appropriately. In order to participate, you must be okay with being physically close to others and open to practicing compassionate communication to express yourself and to listen.

The path to a handstand can be a long journey. The goal is not to make it shorter, but rather to stay on it. Handstands are like learning how to walk again: it requires diligent, patient and continuous practice. I'll run this class as a workout for strength, balance and different shapes for your body. There'll be progressions for every level and my goal is that you leave not only with tired muscles or new techniques but also more confidence and gratitude towards the ability you already have.
Prerequisites: None. If you have pain in shoulder you can come and focus more on conditioning and rehab.
